Arrange a no-obligation meeting with a Mortgage Advisor from BuildStore to fully understand your budget and cashflow before committing to your build. After this, secure your plot with a £10,000 reservation fee, then instruct your solicitor to complete the sale on your behalf.
3. House Design
Work with our Architects and engineers to produce house designs that suit your requirements and are in keeping with your budget. Being involved in your designs from the outset creates a unique self-build journey.

Submission of house designs to the council requires approval from Mylands Farm. After obtaining their approval, designs can be submitted to the London Borough of Havering for planning approval.

Once your house designs have been approved and you have appointed the contractor Carberry Build, you will be ready to begin building your new home.
